Refund policy

• You can exchange items within 7 days of receiving them.
 • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
 • No returns on customized pieces.
 • If the item is damaged or wrong, send us pictures within 24 hours, you’ll get same product without any charges.
 • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the return.
 • Exchange’s shipping cost is on the customer.
